This is hands down the best rental company I have ever dealt with let alone in a different country. The instructions on getting the car at the airport were super easy and the car was conveniently close to the terminal. Kathreen was just a message away for any questions. I’ve never had a car rental experience like this - exceptional service. We arrived in Queenstown late, and had an early start the following day. They delivered the car to our hotel late at night free of charge, and even offered us the option of picking it up early the following morning. At the end of our rental, they picked it up from our hotel at night. These people deserve nothing but the most success. Truly the definition of above-and-beyond service. I highly recommend Kabayan car rentals for your hire car needs. Ms Kath was very patient and made sure we were equipped with the right car for our travels. They were able to accommodate our last-minute request for a rental car. We finalised our booking at 7pm and they were able to deliver the car to us at 10:30pm on the same night!
